Do You Charge An Incidental Hold Upon Check-in?

Please be advised that Buena Vista Suites® requires a credit card guarantee or cash deposit upon check-in at the hotel registration desk for potential incidental charges incurred during your stay. The incidental hold is $50 per night of your reservation. If using a credit card, the hold will be released within 48 hours of your checkout date, and it could take up to 10 days for your credit card company to process the hold.

Do You Charge a Hotel Fee?

Hotel Fee of $18 plus tax, per room, per night, is applied to each reservation booked at Buena Vista Suites®. The following bundle of services will be included in the hotel fee for your convenience. 

  • Wi-Fi package with up to 15mb internet
  • Scheduled shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and an evening shuttle to Disney Springs®. Reservations required. For individual reservations only, not groups. Seating is limited and service is capped at hotel's discretion.
  • Use of half-court basketball (located at adjacent Caribe Royale Orlando resort)
  • Access to Pickleball and Padel Tennis Courts from 1p-5p daily (court reservations required, courts located at adjacent Caribe Royale Orlando resort). Fee applies for all other court times
  • Use of self-service Business Center
  • Unlimited local and 800 access telephone calls

Does Buena Vista Suites Allow Smoking on Hotel Grounds?

All suites are non-smoking. In compliance with Florida law, we do not permit smoking in public areas.  E-cigarettes are included in the same category as cigarettes and are not permitted in public areas and guest accommodations. If it is determined a guest has smoked in a suite, a $300 per day fee will apply. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only - please ask a front desk associate for details.

“Travel with Confidence Cancellation Policy” allows you to book your next getaway and cancel without penalty up to 72-hours prior to arrival.

Is There a Charge for High-speed Internet Access?

Standard (Basic Plan) high-speed Internet access is included in the hotel fee.

Is There a Parking Fee?

Self-parking for passenger vehicles is complimentary.

Oversized vehicles (large trucks, busses, moving trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, etc.) will be required to park in a designated oversized vehicle lot and will be charged a $100 fee. Guests with oversized vehicles must notify the front desk team at the time of check-in. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being towed at owners expense.

Does the Buena Vista Suites Hotel Allow Pets?

Buena Vista Suites® does not allow pets in our guest suites or on hotel grounds. Service animals are permitted. Our sister resort next door, Caribe Royale Orlando is pet friendly. For any questions please review the pet policy or contact the hotel directly at 800-823-8300.

Is There a Minimum Age for Check-in?

The minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Additionally, any guest under the age of 21 must provide a valid credit card in order to check-in. This includes all 3rd party reservations in which the guest is responsible for incidentals only. Any cash paying guest under the age of 21 will also be required to provide a valid credit card for incidentals in order to check-in.

What Are Your Check-in and Check-out Times?

Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am.

Do You Have an Early Check-in Fee?

Early check-in will be granted based upon availability. Should a guest wish to check-in prior to 1 pm, a $50 plus tax Early Check-in Fee will apply, pending availability of the suite.

Do You Have an Early Departure Fee?

Once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in, you are responsible for a $50 early departure fee should you choose to depart the hotel prior to the scheduled date. 

Do You Offer Express Check-out?

Express Check-Out is available using the menu on your in-suite televisions to check-out of the hotel without having to come to the front desk.

Do You Allow Late Check-out Requests?

We honor late check-out requests based upon availability. The pricing for late check-outs is as follows:

  • 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm - $75.00 plus tax
  • After 3:00 pm - One full night's room and tax
What Heating Items Are Prohibited in the Suites?

Suites are equipped with a microwave and coffee/tea maker. Items with heating elements or open flames, as well as items that generate heat or produce an open flame are not permitted. This includes crock-pots, rice cookers, portable grills, toasters, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard.

What Is Your Policy Regarding Hoverboards?

These types of devices (self-balanced, two-wheeled, gliding motorized scooters) are prohibited on property due to safety concerns.

Do You Allow Drones to Be Flown on Hotel Grounds?

In order to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests, drones cannot be operated on hotel property.

Do You Offer Airport Transportation?

While we do not provide airport shuttle service, guests can arrange airport transportation through our recommended shuttle provider, Mears Transportation. You can stop by our concierge desk in our main lobby for more information.

Are There Additional Restaurants Located Near the Hotel?

In addition to our own restaurants and the eight dining options available next door at our sister resort Caribe Royale Orlando, guests will find a wide array of restaurants available within a 3 mile radius of the hotel including Disney Springs® which boasts more than 185 restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues.

Do You Have Transportation to the Local Theme Parks?

Included in the daily hotel fee, we offer daily scheduled shuttle transportation to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and an evening shuttle service to Disney Springs®. To reserve a seat on the shuttle, guests are required to register at least 24 hours in advance at the Concierge Desk in the main lobby.

Yes. We request that you please notify our Concierge at least 24 hours in advance.

Is There a Business Center?

Our Business Center is located in the main lobby, and it is included in the Hotel Fee.

Do You Sell Attraction Tickets?

Guests can purchase Orlando theme park and attraction tickets at the Guest Service desk. For your convenience tickets for Disney Theme Parks can be purchased in advance online here.

Do You Have A Lost And Found?

Yes, our Security Department has a Lost & Found division. Forgot or lost an item? Submit an inquiry here. An Associate will be in contact with you.

*Please note that any found unclaimed medications will be discarded after 24 hours.

Are There Laundry Facilities Available at the Hotel?

There are pay-per-use with a credit card washers and dryers on the first and fourth floors of the hotel that are open 24 hours and accessible using your guest room key. Detergent vending machines are also available.

Is Your Pool Heated and What Hours Is It Available?

Our pool is heated during the colder months and is open daily from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm. There are no life guards on duty - swim at your own risk.

Is There an Exercise or Fitness Room Available at the Hotel?

Our fitness room is located on the second floor and is open daily from 7 am-11 pm. To access, utilize your suite key.
