Q. Does Buena Vista Suites allow smoking on hotel grounds?
A. Our hotel offers a small selection of smoking-permitted guest rooms, upon request and subject to availability. In compliance with Florida law, we do not permit smoking in public areas. Management has determined that e-cigarettes are to be included in the same category as cigarettes and will not permit their use in public areas and in non-smoking guest accommodations.

Q. How many points do Stash Reward members earn per stay?
A. You always earn five Stash Points for every dollar you spend on eligible room rates. For example, a two-night stay at a $150 room rate will earn you 1,500 points (5 pts x 150 dollars x 2 nights), while a three-night stay at a $200 room rate will earn you 3,000 points (5 pts x 200 dollars x 3 nights).
Q. Do Stash members receive any special recognition or perks?
A. We appreciate our Stash members and extend special arrival courtesies to you upon check-in. In order to receive these courtesies, you need to have entered your Stash member ID into your reservation in the field marked "Stash member ID." Q. Is there a charge for High-Speed Internet Access?
A. Standard (Basic Plan) high speed internet access is included in the Hotel Fee. Guests have the option to upgrade to Premium Plan for $4.95 per day (Premium Plan provides enhanced speed suitable for video chat, downloading large files, and streaming video).
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change, we are happy to accept your cancellation with 72 hours notice at no additional charge.
Q. Do you charge a resort fee or a hotel fee?
A. A Hotel Fee of $9.95 per night, plus tax, is applied to each reservation booked at Buena Vista Suites. The following bundle of services will be included in the Hotel Fee for your convenience.
• Standard Wi-Fi package with up to four devices. Up to two additional devices and/ or/premium service available for just $4.95 per day.
• Scheduled shuttle service to the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Disney Springs, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Reservations required (for individual reservations only).
• In-suite coffee.
• Unlimited local and 800 access telephone calls.
• 20% dining discount coupon for the Vista Bistro, a great steakhouse.
• Use of self-service Business Center.
• Use of tennis and basketball equipment.
• 10% discount on spa services at the Island Spa located next door at the Caribe Royale (present suite key to spa concierge).
• 5% discount at Hertz Car Rental, located in main lobby of the Caribe Royale (present suite key to agent). Discount applies only to cars rented and returned from the hotel location.
Q. Is there a parking fee?
A. No, parking is complimentary. (During select special events a parking fee may be charged for non-registered guests.)
Q. Does the Buena Vista Suites Hotel allow pets?
A. As of August 1, 2008, Buena Vista Suites discontinued its pet policy. Pets are no longer permitted in guest suites or on hotel grounds. Service pets are permitted.
Q. Is there a minimum age that a guest needs to be in order to check in?
A. Yes, the minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Additionally, any guest under the age of 21 must provide a valid credit card in order to check-in. This includes all 3rd party reservations in which the guest is responsible for incidentals only. Any cash paying guest under the age of 21 will also be required to provide a valid credit card for incidentals in order to check-in.
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
A. Buena Vista Suites' check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 11am.
Q. Do you allow late check-out requests?
A. We honor late check-out requests based upon availability. The pricing for late check-outs is as follows:
12:00pm - 4:00pm $50.00 plus tax
After 4:00pm One full night's room and tax
Q. Do you have an Early Departure Fee?
A. Yes, once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in, you are responsible for an early departure fee should you choose to depart the hotel prior to the scheduled date. That fee is $50.00.
Q. Do you offer Express Check-Out?
A. Yes, Express Check-Out is available using the menu on your in-suite televisions to check-out of the hotel without having to come to the front desk.
Q. Do you offer pay-per-view movies?
A. Yes, Buena Vista Suites offers pay-per-view movies. The system also features parental controls to restrict the type of programming available for purchase and viewing.
Q. What heating items are prohibited in the suites?
A. Prohibited items: Items with heating elements or open flames are prohibited. Certain items that generate heat or produce an open flame are not permitted. This includes crock pots, rice cookers, portable grills, toasters, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard.
Q. What is your policy regarding hoverboards?
A. These types of devices (self-balanced, two-wheeled, gliding motorized scooters) are prohibited on property due to safety concerns.
Q. Do you allow drones to be flown on hotel grounds?
A. In order to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests, drones are not permitted to be operated on hotel property.
Q. Do you sell attraction tickets?
A. Guests can purchase Orlando theme park and attraction tickets online or at the Expedia desk in our main lobby.
Q. Can guests print airline boarding passes at the hotel?
A. Located in our main lobby is a Business Center where you can print your boarding passes for free.
Q. Are there laundry facilities available at the hotel?
A. There are coin-operated guest laundry rooms on the first and fourth floors of the hotel. They are open 24 hours and accessible using your guest room key. Detergent vending machines are also available.
Q. Is there an exercise or fitness room available at the hotel?
A. There is a fitness room available from 7:00am-11:00pm and accessible using your guest room key.
Q. Is there a Business Center?
A. A Business Center located in the main lobby features internet access and printer capabilities. Use of this self-service Business Center is included in the nightly Hotel Fee. You can also print your airline boarding passes at one of the computer stations.
Q. What dining options are available on-site?
A. Each guest has access to our complimentary, daily signature breakfast buffet which is served in the Valencia Room. We also have a restaurant called Vista Bistro, which is open for lunch and dinner and is a great family steakhouse. Room service is also available 24 hours a day and our gift shop stocks plenty of snacks, microwaveable meals, beverages, and even ice cream.

A. We are located a mile and a half from Disney property offering a multitude of restaurants and we are a short five minute drive from Crossroads which has TGIFriday’s, Olive Garden, Chevy’s, Red Lobster, and more!

Q. Do you have transportation to the local theme parks?
A. As part of the Hotel Fee, our hotel offers scheduled shuttle services to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and an evening shuttle to Disney Springs. Tickets are required for all riders aged 3 years and older. Shuttles are operated by our transportation partner, Town & Country Transportation. Q. Do you have transportation to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets?
A. As part of the Hotel Fee, we offer shopping transportation for hotel guests to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. To obtain the vouchers, guests should visit the Expedia Guest Services desk in the lobby. The agent will give each guest two vouchers (one voucher for each leg of the trip) and call for the shuttle which will pick the guest up at the front of each hotel. Guests can request to be dropped off at any area of the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. To return to the hotel, the guest will need to call the number on the back of the return voucher and request pick up. (shuttles are operated by Town & Country Transportation). Expedia Guest Services desk is open from 7am - 3pm or call (407) 433-2222. After 3pm, visit the hotel Front Desk to obtain shuttle vouchers. For more details click here. While at the outlets, you can also catch the I-Ride Trolley to visit Pointe Orlando and the numerous shops and restaurants along the I-Drive corridor. It's a fun and affordable way to get around International Drive! I-Ride Trolley passes are available for purchase at the Expedia Guest Services desk in both hotel lobbies, and are also available at many locations within the International Drive resort area and from the I-Ride sales office. Passes are not sold on Trolleys.
Q. Do you have transportation to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores?
A. Our hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. There is one pick up time from each of our hotels and several scheduled return times available. Pick up from Buena Vista Suites is 1:20pm daily. Return times: 1:30pm, 2:50pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm, and 7:00pm. Please note that the mall closes at 7:00pm on Sunday. The last shuttle return time on Sunday is 6:00pm. Shuttle service is for hotel guests only. Shuttles pick up outside the front of the hotel. The mall pick up location is near the food court and there are signs directing guests where to go. Arrive for the shuttles 10 minutes early. Space is subject to availability. Food, drinks and personal luggage are not permitted on the shuttle. The shuttle is non-smoking and wheelchairs lifts are not available.
